Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

VastuWithRitesh aims to provide clear information about its services, pricing and applicable cancellation and refund conditions before a customer makes a payment.

Once a payment has been successfully completed, the applicable service or product will be provided according to the booking or purchase details communicated to the customer.

2. Consultation Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation of a booked consultation by contacting us through WhatsApp, phone or email.

• If the cancellation request is received before the consultation has started and sufficient notice is provided, we may offer a refund or rescheduling, subject to the circumstances of the booking.
• If a consultation has already started, the service will generally be considered delivered and a refund may not be available.
• If the customer does not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment and may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling

Customers who are unable to attend their scheduled consultation should contact us as early as possible.

We may allow a consultation to be rescheduled, subject to availability. Rescheduling is generally preferred over cancellation where the customer still wishes to receive the service.

Repeated rescheduling requests or failure to attend multiple appointments may result in the booking being treated as cancelled.

4. Cancellation by VastuWithRitesh

If we are unable to provide a booked consultation due to circumstances within our control, we may offer the customer an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

We will communicate with the customer regarding the available options.

5. Digital Products & E-Books

Digital products such as Vastu guides, e-books, reports or other downloadable/online products may be made available immediately after purchase.

• Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, refunds may generally not be available because of the nature of digital delivery.
• If the customer is unable to access a purchased digital product because of a technical issue attributable to us, the customer should contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue or provide access again.
• If a duplicate payment or technical payment error occurs, the customer should contact us with the transaction details so that the matter can be investigated.

6. Refund Eligibility

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will normally relate to the amount actually paid for the eligible service or product.

Refunds may not be available where:

• The consultation has already been substantially delivered.
• The customer has failed to attend without reasonable prior notice.
• A digital product has already been delivered, accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable law.
• The customer has provided incorrect information and the service has nevertheless been delivered based on that information.
• The customer is dissatisfied with an expected outcome that was not guaranteed by VastuWithRitesh.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with the following information:

• Customer name.
• Registered phone number or email address.
• Service or product purchased.
• Date of payment or booking.
• Payment/transaction reference, if available.
• Reason for the refund request.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method or payment gateway, where technically and operationally possible.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account or other payment instrument may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

VastuWithRitesh cannot control processing times imposed by banks or third-party payment providers after a refund has been initiated.

9. Payment Gateway Transactions

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Payment processing and certain aspects of refunds may be subject to the payment gateway's systems, terms and policies.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference until the service has been completed.

10. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or that a payment was completed but the order or booking was not confirmed, please contact us promptly with the transaction details.

We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange the applicable correction or refund.

11. Non-Refundable Charges

Where a service has already been performed, prepared specifically for the customer, or otherwise substantially delivered, the amount relating to the work already completed may not be refundable, subject to applicable law.

12. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Vastu consultations are based on traditional Vastu principles and are intended for guidance and space-planning purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial, health, business, relationship, career, property-value or other outcomes.

A request for a refund solely because a customer did not experience a particular expected result does not automatically make the purchase refundable.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy, subject to applicable law.

14. Contact Us
